Welcome to PassAI. By accessing or using passai.pro and its services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and agree to these Terms, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

PassAI is an AI-powered academic study planning tool. You upload course syllabi and PassAI extracts deadlines, assignments, and exams, then generates a personalized day-by-day study schedule.

They are not a substitute for your professor's guidance, your institution's official academic calendar, or professional academic advice. PassAI does not guarantee any specific academic outcome or result.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at passaisupport@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Available Plans

Free — 2 syllabus uploads, no credit card required
Pro — $9.99/month or $89.99/year — unlimited syllabus uploads and full feature access
Scholar — $14.99/month or $129.99/year — all Pro features plus enhanced capabilities

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with PassAI. A refund may be granted under the following condition:

You have uploaded no more than 1 syllabus, AND
You have used no more than 1 feature of the Service

This policy exists to accommodate users who tried the Service once and determined it was not a fit. Users who have made more substantial use of the Service are not eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, email passaisupport@gmail.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of PassAI
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access the Service beyond normal use
Upload malicious files or content intended to harm the Service or other users
Impersonate another person or entity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

PassAI and all of its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PassAI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain full ownership of any documents and content you upload to PassAI. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PASSAI AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR ACADEMIC OUTCOMES — ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
